Where  MÃÄD is from?

MÃÄD  is a brand of hand-dyed plant clothes and home accessories. All textile products are designed and dyed by MÃÄD owner Francesca Galli aka Franka Ramia, cut, sewn and embroidered in three small family workshops in Barcelona.

What is the best way to contact MÃÄD ?

The best way to contact me is by email at info@maaddyes.com. Please note that we reply to emails from Monday to Friday as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! All orders will be shipped out via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Can I track my package?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active.

Good idea to check your tracking number to avoid any delivery issues.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes, we do if your purchase is over 300 euros

SHIPPING FEES ARE AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE SHIPPING DESTINATION

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE QUANTITY AND CONDITIONS OF THE GOODS UPON DELIVERY. IN CASE GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR DO NOT MATCH THE ORDERED QUANTITY, CUSTOMER SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE CARRIER AND SIGN THE DELIVERY NOTE SUBJECT TO CHECKS; CUSTOMER SHALL ALSO NOTIFY AT info@maaddyes.com WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

IN THIS CASE, AGAINST VERIFICATION, MÃÄD WILL REPLACE THE MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS AS PER THE CUSTOMER’S ORDER

FAILURE TO DELIVER 

BY REGISTERING AN ORDER, CUSTOMER ENGAGES IN A COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH  MÃÄD- Francesca Galli AND COMMITS TO ACCEPT THE PARCEL DELIVERY RELATED TO THE ORDER MADE. WHERE A PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER’S ADDRESS FOR REASONS RELATED TO THE CUSTOMER’S NON-COOPERATION (INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER, RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE) OR WHERE THE CUSTOMER REFUSES THE DELIVERY, PARCEL WILL BE RESENT TO maaddyes.com (THE SENDER) IN Spain AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. COSTS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER INCLUDE SHIPPING FEES AND ANY CUSTOMS FEE; THESE COSTS WILL BE WITHHELD FROM THE AMOUNT DUE TO THE CUSTOMER.

RETURN SHIPPING IS AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE; FEES STATED BELOW APPLY:

EU Country €15
REST OF THE WORLD €25

EXCISE DUTIES, IF ANY, ARE AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND DUE.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Mastercard, American Express & Visa Electron. We also accept payment with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

FOR THE PAYMENT OF PRODUCT PRICE AND ANY RELEVANT SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEE, CUSTOMER SHALL USE ONE OF THE PAYMENT METHODS LISTED IN THE ORDER FORM. AS FOR THE PAYMENT METHOD, IN NO CASE CUSTOMER SHALL BE CHARGED WITH FEES HIGHER THAN THE COSTS ACTUALLY INCURRED BY THE SELLER FOR THE PAYMENT METHOD CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER.

FOR PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD, PAYMENT DETAILS (E.G. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER OR EXPIRING DATE) WILL BE TRANSMITTED BY ENCRYPTED PROTOCOL TO REMOTE PAYMENT SERVICES PROVIDER); PAYMENT DETAILS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE TO THIRD PARTIES. FURTHERMORE, SELLER SHALL USE PAYMENT DETAILS ONLY FOR ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE CUSTOMER’S PURCHASE; TO PROCESS ANY RELEVANT REFUND IN CASE OF RETURNED PRODUCTS AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL; OR IN CASE IT BECOMES NECESSARY TO PREVENT OR REPORT TO THE POLICE A FRAUD ON SUGAR.IT. THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT PURCHASE AND ANY DELIVERY/SHIPPING FEE, AS LISTED IN THE ORDER FORM, WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER’S BANK ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.

SALES INVOICE WILL BE SENT WITH THE GOODS.

Returns

CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED WITH THE SELLER WITHOUT INCURRING IN ANY PENALTY AND WITHOUT SPECIFYING THE REASON, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON MAADFDYES.COM. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL SHALL BE CONSIDERED DULY EXERCISED WHEN  THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE FULLY MET:

– PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, WASHED OR USED;
– BRAND TAG MUST BE ATTACHED, AS IT IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE GOODS;
– You simply pack the products nicely and send them back to us. If possible please reuse the recycled packaging you received your products in to avoid waste.

– PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE FORWARDER WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER NOTIFYING THE SELLER THE DECISION TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT;
– PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE DAMAGED.

Do you provide free returns?

We do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

I have received a defect product. What should I do?

Please send a photo or description (within 3 days) of the defected item to info@maaddyes.com so we can help resolve the issue.

If I return an order when do I get my money back?

We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only.

Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

Can I return an international order?

Yes, it is the same process as any other order.

Can I return a gift?

Absolutely. Please note that the money will go back to the account of the person who paid for the order.

Orders

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if we get the cancelation before the order is shipped. Please send us an email right after you placed the order to give us enough time to make the cancelation. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items. Best option is to cancel the order and place a new order.

Is it possible for MÃÄD to cancel my order?

THE SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT PURCHASE ORDERS FOR WHICH INSUFFICIENT SOLVENCY GUARANTEES ARE PROVIDED, OR PURCHASE ORDERS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT, OR IN CASE OF UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS.

Products

Will sold out items be restocked?

We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out.

This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible.

Can I get a notification if a sold out item is back in stock?

Yes, you can! Send an email to use and we will take a note of the product you are looking for.

 MÃÄD SELLS PREMIUM-QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DULY TESTED TO ENSURE TOP QUALITY.

Privacy

What do you do with my personal information?

All information given to MÃÄD is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties and is strictly used between the customer and MÃÄD. By submitting your info, you agree to send it to  MÃÄD who will process and use it according to our privacy policy.
